Grant Applications

The completed application will be e-mailed to HPP and sent in hard copy with original signatures. Images will be submitted online, as detailed in the guidelines.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to save the application form with your responses. We have tested the applications using Acrobat Reader versions 7, 8, and 9. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, or have a version prior to 7, please download a free copy at http://www.adobe.com.

To fill out the forms on your computer:
a. Open the PDF of the application form, using Acrobat Reader. If you don’t have Acrobat Reader, click here.
b. Click on any line or field in the form. You will see a blinking cursor, where you can begin to type.
c. To paste in longer answers from another document, choose the paste command under the edit menu.
d. Save the completed forms and e-mail to HPP. Print a copy to send to HPP with supplemental materials. You should save a copy for yourself, either electronically or hard copy.
