Professional Development and Organizational Assessment

The Philadelphia Cultural Management Initiative (PCMI) seeks to strengthen the management capacity of cultural organizations in Greater Philadelphia in ways that propel programmatic excellence in the arts, humanities, and sciences and help organizations engage audiences. PCMI grants provide much-needed resources for individuals and organizations in a wide variety of fields to achieve greater organizational health.
