New in 2011: Letter of Intent and Application are to be submitted online
-Letter of Intent to Apply (required for all applicants): Wednesday, September 15, 2010 by 5 pm
-Full application and Pennsylvania Cultural Data Project report: Tuesday, January 18, 2011 by 5 pm
(the published annual deadline, January 15, falls on a holiday weekend)
