New in 2011: The Letter of Intent to Apply and Application must be submitted online. Work samples must still be submitted in hard copy.

Deadline: 5 pm on September 15, 2010.
Please read and consider the Guidelines carefully as there are significant changes to the application procedure this year.
The 2011 Guidelines include changes in:

• Project scope and duration
• Evaluation criteria
• Deadline dates
