Miranda Cuckson

Miranda Cuckson teaches violin at Mannes College The New School for Music, classical violin at The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music, was on faculty at the 2012 Composers Conference at Wellesley College, and has given master classes and workshops for performers and composers at schools such as Peabody Conservatory, Manhattan School of Music, and Temple, Cornell, Columbia, Yale, and Princeton Universities. Cuckson has appeared internationally as a soloist with many orchestras, and has made four CDs for Centaur Records for which she was awarded grants from the Copland and Ditson funds. She directs the not-for-profit music organization Nunc, which she founded in 2007. She served as a Center music panelist in 2010.
