Composer, improviser, and media artist Mike Bullock will join forces with Swedish composers and conceptual artists Leif Elggren, Carl Michael von Hausswolff, and Kent Tankred, and Philadelphia musicians such as Ian Fraser and Bhob Rainey, for a program of electronic music, performance, and installations at Crane Arts. Billed as the inauguration of the "Philadelphia Embassy" of the international art project The Kingdoms of Elgaland-Vargaland (KREV), the program will expand Philadelphia's connection to the international experimental music scene and introduce audiences to KREV's belief in the international quality of creative activity. Audiences will have an opportunity to roam an exhibition of KREV-themed videos and ephemera such as flags, stamps, and tableware, before applying for "citizenship" in KREV by receiving "passports" created and signed by Elggren and Hasswolff. The program will culminate in three sets of electronic music, movement, and visuals.

Additional unrestricted funds are added to each grant for general operating support.
