On the heels of a highly successful five-year plan that refined the organization's artistic mission and developed strategies for performance and internal growth, Tempesta di Mare – Philadelphia Baroque Orchestra launched a new three-year plan with the assistance of David Bury of David Bury and Associates, who works extensively with growing arts organizations and whose experience extends to touring music organizations. This new plan met Tempesta di Mare's enhanced needs as an established, internationally recognized orchestra, and has addressed new artistic opportunities, such as a recording contract with British record label Chandos and a performance at a major international festival in Germany. As a result, Tempesta di Mare has dramatically increased its profile internationally, and has significantly expanded its audience through social media and its own YouTube channel. 1
